As previously promised, this is our bi-weekly update on the continuing situation regarding our hotel facilities, convention dates, and form DisCon III will be taking. We have been informed that the bankruptcy case between the Wardman Park hotel owners and Marriott will take place in Delaware. Therefore, we are now in the process of retaining legal counsel to represent us in that jurisdiction.
We are still in contact with both the Wardman Park and our other venue, the Omni Shoreham Hotel. We remain hopeful the situation will be resolved soon, and we hope to provide you more concrete information as the process progresses.
Our next update on this situation is scheduled for February 28th. Should the situation change, we will, of course, update you sooner.
